French, Automaton Figural clock, the dial marked LeRoy, Paris, with a windmill powered by a separate movement in the base, and a bag-piper piping while a costumed girl to the right is dancing, and behind a silvered goat is eating flowers, C.1880
CONDITION:
This clock has been nicely cleaned and retains original gilding and patina. Movements are running OK, has been in storage and could stand a cleaning. Windmill is eye catching. Note that the automaton motor can only be wound by tipping the clock back, and it appears that the automaton may have been added {it is old, but maybe from another item} Large size 25" tip to bottom.
